The tech corporation has now confirmed in a statement to BBC, that the chief people officer has also followed in his footsteps and marked her departure.
Previously, after the clip had turned into a global phenomenon, Astronomer had issued a statement noting that they would launch an investigation into the matter.
A week after the report, news broke that Andy had officially resigned from the company.
In the clip that instantly blew up worldwide, the jumbotron camera zoomed in on a couple embracing each other during the show on Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass., on July 16.
The pair hastily separated from each other as soon as they realized they were being shown in the venue, which made front man Chris Martin speculate that thy were having an affair.
Their identities were later confirmed by internet sleuths, and the pair is now facing the consequences of their actions.
Soon after, a fake apology began circulating, which showcased the former staffer taking complete “accountability” for the whole situation.
While the moment became a sensational meme, it was confirmed that the two are yet to address the speculation.
