Prince George proves hes no longer kid in Wimbledon appearance

Prince George left royal watchers buzzing after his poised appearance at Wimbledon this weekend.

The 11-year-old royal joined his parents, Prince William and Princess Kate, and sister Princess Charlotte in the Royal Box to watch Carlos Alcaraz take on Jannik Sinner.

But it wasn’t just George’s smart suit and tie that caught attention, it was his mature demeanour.

According to celebrity psychic and body language expert Inbaal Honigman, the young prince is showing clear signs of stepping into his royal future.

“Prince George’s facial expression is serious, his brow lowered to show concentration,” Honigman told Express

“He’s communicating that he is not a child anymore. His back is straight, mostly unsmiling, to assert independence.”

However, Honigman adds that beneath the grown-up exterior, George still leans, literally, on sister Charlotte for comfort.

“There’s a teeny, tiny, almost imperceptible lean towards his sister. He appreciates her support, even if he prefers to scowl rather than smile.”

Just shy of his 12th birthday, George is reportedly aware of the destiny ahead as a future king.

Yet William and Kate remain committed to giving their children as normal an upbringing as possible, even trading Kensington Palace for a quieter life at Windsor’s Adelaide Cottage in 2022.
