Justin Baldoni drags Blake Lively for throwing ‘tantrum’

Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively can’t seem to find an end to their legal back and forth as new drama erupts over the former’s deposition date.

The Green Lantern actress’s deposition date, July 17, was revealed by a publicist subpoenaed in the case by her team, which has since caused disagreements over the place where she will take the out-of-court testimony.

Initially, the location of the pre-trial ritual was marked as being at the Five Feet Apart director’s attorney’s office in New York City, however, Lively’s legal team objected.

The Gossip Girl alum’s attorneys had expressed their fears over the 37-year-old getting harassed by the paparazzi outside of Baldoni’s office, and have just been met with a scathing response from the Jane The Virgin star.

As per TMZ, the 41-year-old’s lawyer stated, “Although Lively’s foot-stomping and use of her celebrity status may have enabled her to seize control of the film, which is the crux of this dispute, her counsel’s tantrum has no place in this Court.”

Baldoni’s legal team essentially hinted that Lively is using her celebrity status to dictate the terms of the deposition.

Notably, his representatives also claimed that that the former co-star’s offices are only a mile apart from each other and there was no concrete evidence to indicate the presence of the photographers.

The crossfire began after the Betty Buzz owner felt uncomfortable while sharing screen with the filmmaker in It Ends With Us. She took her complaint to the court by filing a sexual harassment case against Justin.
