'Pirates of The Caribbean' star Bob Elmore breathes his last at 65

Bob Elmore, who is known for his role as the executioner in Pirates of the Caribbean series, has passed away at the age of 65.

Apart from the series, the actor has famously acted in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre as Leatherface.

The news of his sad passing was announced by his co-star from the horror crime Caroline Williams on Sunday.

She shared several pictures with the departed soul, captioning the post: “My dear Bob Elmore has passed…”

She also post a starry gif on her X (formerly Twitter) account with the news.

Soon after the announcement, fans poured in their condolences for the family of the deceased star and well wishes for Bob.

Nathan Carroll, who met the 14 Ghosts star last year at Scarfest, gushed about the actor: “Bob was such a nice guy.”

One of the fans recalled the time they “met him in March horror rock festival. Rest in peace the saw will always be family.”

Another admirer was “so sorry to hear. My heart goes out to you and the whole tcm family.”

How did Bob Elmore die?

Although the star passed away on Sunday, Bob’s official cause of death remains unknown.
