Vanna Einerson reacted to the accusations of plastic surgery that have surfaced online.
She took to the Viall Files podcast on Tuesday, July 1, to address mounting speculation about her appearance after exiting Love Island USA.
“Duh, I got my lips done and I like my lips,” Einerson shared candidly, adding, “But my cheeks and my chin, I’ve had for life, born with it, and people were saying, 'Overfilled'.”
The 21-year-old also confirmed she had done a breast augmentation but clarified that some of the rumours were bizarre.
She brushed off further concerns about her cosmetic procedures saying: "Apparently, I've been getting filler in my face since I was 14 and my mom is my injector, what are you guys talking about? My mom's a stay-at-home mom.”
Despite loving her body, Einerson admitted that the online trolling began to take a toll on her self-confidence.
“All the things that these people were pointing out to me, I never saw in myself,” she confessed and added, “They were pointing out new insecurities.”
Talking about how it affected her mental health, she said: “I broke down crying.”
She further thanked fellow Islander Coco Watson's emotional support during filming: “I'm honestly so grateful for Coco that she was there because she sat and prayed over me.”
To address ongoing trolling related to Love Island USA contestants, the show producers inserted an on-screen reminder during the June 24 episode asking fans to be kind on social media.
The official accounts of the show also shared a friendly reminder that read: “Please just remember they’re real people so let’s be kind and spread the love!”
New Love Island USA Season 7 episodes air every day, except Wednesdays, at 6 p.m. PT/9 p.m. ET on Peacock.
