Rihanna shares inspiring message for fans at 2025 Kids' Choice Awards

Rihanna, who shares two sons with A$AP Rocky, made a virtual appearance at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2025.

The 37-year-old singer was introduced by the host of the event Tyla, who called Rihanna “a huge influence in music, fashion, beauty, you name it.” 

Standing in front of Smurfs' village, the Diamonds hitmaker delivered her virtual acceptance speech: “I am beyond honoured to be named your 2025 Icon”

The diva used this opportunity to inspire her fans by sharing a special message, reminding everyone “that whatever you are right now is significant and crucial to where you are about to go.”

“Own your space in this world and know that you are chosen for greatness,” the songstress added.

Before signing out, the Work crooner stopped to say "Oh, and one more thing before I go" as she pointed her award to the screen to slime the crowd.

The nine-time Grammy winner’s new project Smurfs is slated to release on July 18, 2025.

Rihanna’s appearance comes after the pregnant singer was spotted rocking a loose, off-shoulder dress that touched the ground.

She carried a cup of cold beverage and a brown shopper with a bag in the other hand.

Although the Umbrella hitmaker appeared in high spirits, she received backlash after the Smurfs’ soundtrack Friend of Mine was released.

When is Rihanna's new album releasing?
