Selena Gomez, who released a collaborative album I Said I Love You First with Benny Blanco, decided to back her pal Miley Cyrus after her rough patch.
The 32-year-old singer and Miley have been friends for nearly two decades. They have been supportive towards each other, seemingly putting their rift rumours aside.
Selena paid a tribute to the Wrecking Ball hitmaker by sharing her recent post to Instagram story with a caption, “Icon.”
In the update, the Flowers crooner can be seen dolled up in a leopard printed body con dress while rocking her no-eyebrow look.
The pop icon gushed in the caption: “Paris is already something beautiful, but with all of you it’s even more magical.”
Fans were in awe of their friendship, earning them the title “true Disney sisters.”
However, their strong bond was once subjected to clashes mainly due to their consecutive relationship with Nick Jonas in their teenage years.
It was widely reported that the two singers “very publicly buried the hatchet back in 2020, and since then, they’ve been supportive of each other on social media.”
This came after the Midnight Sky singer and the songstress decided to reconcile with her father Billy Ray, putting an end to their “difficult” family drama.
During her appearance at Reclaiming podcast, Miley revealed that the issue between the family members started way before it spilled out in front of the public.
