SZA breaks silence over Nicki Minaj' cryptic post

American singer Solána Imani Rowe, professionally known as SZA, responded to Nicki Minaj’s controversial post that was presumably referred to Kill Bill hitmaker.

Minaj, 42, shared an X post video mentioning Rihanna ignoring SZA, back from MET Gala days 2025 and captioned: “Lol, these be the fake girl’s girls who talk shit but will run you down for a photo or do shit like this on camera to pretend they’re not the hater they really are.”

“I wonder what, she was lying, to the interviewer. Man it’s so freeing, REALLY be yourself,” Bang Bang songstress summed up.

The Oscar nominated vocalist clapped back via X post: “Nicki you absolutely know my music, what I contribute, because you’ve asked for features twice to no response.”

Kiss Me More icon further revealed: “In addition to rapping my lyrics on feeling myself - Cooking up the bass looking like a kilo? - Lol, ur having a moment. I am not sure why but be blessed.”

The Grammy winner shared a screenshot of Minaj and a mutual friend's business conversation requesting SZA to collaborate on a track which the songstress ignored.
