Selena Gomez posts sweet tribute to sister Gracie’s 12th birthday

Selena Gomez posted several old photos in honour of her half-sister Gracie Teefey's 12th birthday.

Gracie was born on June 12, 2013, to the singer's mother, Mandy, who had remarried Brian Teefey.

As a new video raised health concerns, Gomez took to Instagram on Thursday to wish her sister a very happy birthday and to post some pictures of the two over the years.

"Happy birthday to my baby sissy. As I cry writing this, my heart melts because I know you know I’m always on your side. No matter what. I love you baby girl," Gomez wrote.

The post, which was shared with her massive 419 million followers, has received over 2.8 million likes and several heartfelt comments from celebrities like Ashley Park and Lily Collins.

In the first photo, the Calm Down vocalist is seen holding and kissing her younger sister's hand while the newborn wears a vibrant onesie.
