Kodak Black is surprisingly facing his second arrest in ten days, with the first one being over serious accusations.

The rapper, whose real name is Bill Kahan Kapri, after his first one occurred on May 6 on a felony charge of trafficking MDMA.

As per recent reports, the No Flockin rapper has self-surrendered to the police on charges of f resisting an officer/obstruct without violence and attempting to flee law enforcement on Thursday, May 14.

Black’s attorney, Bradford Cohen spoke to TMZ after the arrest, saying, “This is a self surrender from yet another 'investigation' that just happened to also take 5 months to 'investigate' for allegedly fleeing and alluding.”

“It's not unexpected, as this is usually the procedure we go through where there is an unfounded weak arrest and then followed up by yet another arrest for cases that allegedly take 5 or 6 months to investigate,” Cohen added.

The attorney concluded by saying that he thinks everyone agrees that Kodak is being targeted, defending his innocence.

Notably, the 28-year-old has plead not guilty to the crimes he is accused of and had asked for a jury trial on May 7.
