Shedeur Sanders may have been ridiculed throughout the 2025 National Football League draft but he sure knows how to party.
The party genes likely came from Shedeur’s father and NFL Hall of Famer, Deion, who predicted that his son would be a top five pick in this year’s draft.
However, the father-son duo got a reality check when none of the 32 teams picked Shedeur in the first round.
The jokes intensified when the former Colorado Buffaloes quarterback was not selected in the second, third or even the fourth round.
The 23-year-old was finally selected by the Cleveland Browns in the fifth round with the 144th overall pick, which must have given the Sanders family some relief considering their prodigal son was in danger of heading into the 2025 season as an undrafted free agent.
Nevertheless, the damage to Shedeur's reputation was done, as many cited his apparent arrogance as the reason teams opted not to select him in the earlier rounds.
Despite all the drama and disappointments, Shedeur celebrated joining his new team by throwing a star-studded party at a local restaurant in Dallas.
In addition to prominent athletes like Dallas Cowboys’ Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb, the event was attended by artists such as Kodak Black and Yung Miami.
Shedeur himself showed off his bling over a black tank top with a Cleveland Browns hat as he performed his song Perfect Timing.
Shedeur Sanders released Perfect Timing in May 2024. The song is about overcoming adversity by working hard and ignoring all the background noise.
