Ice-T is looking back at a moment he shared with the fellow West Coast rapper a short while before his tragic death.
The 68-year-old took to his social media to share a clip of the duo performing on Saturday Night Live in May of 1996.
In the video the rappers performed an unlikely song, Barbra Streisand and Neil Diamond's You Don't Bring Me Flowers.
Ice-T, whose real name is Tracy Lauren Marrow, called the moment rare in his caption and added “shared a surprisingly tender (and funny) duet cover.”
Tracy also stated, “Pac trying not to laugh makes it even better,” with a laughing crying emoji and “Pure iconic, lighthearted energy,” with a lightning
The clip also showed a bit of the pair's parody interview with Jennifer Coolidge, who was acting as Lauren Hutton in the zany interview and the rapper ended the note by saying that it will never not be funny to him.
Tracy has been vocal about his relationship with Tupac in the past, and has expressed that he wished that the late rapper would have paid more attention to him and to those that warned him about not getting involved in the gang culture which was volatile at the time.
