Fans shout ‘free Tory’ at Megan Thee Stallion’s liquor promotion

Megan Thee Stallion has recently been very busy despite some controversies lurking in the shadows.

The raptress recently walked the runway at the 2025 Paraiso Miami Swim Week to promote her Hot Girl Summer swimwear line.

The 30-year-old also announced that she has been working on an anime series on Amazon Prime Video and as a cherry on top, she now has a tequila brand.

However, Megan had a reality check over the weekend when some Tory Lanez fans approached her to throw some shade.

The artist was at Dream Con in Houston to promote her liquor brand when a handful of people walked up to her to talk about her drink and said, "I don't know, it's really free Tory, so I don't know.”

However, nothing much came of it and the three people moved on to explore the rest of the festival.

Things have become foggy in the Tory and Megan shooting controversy, which resulted in the former being sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2023 after being found guilty of gross negligence.

Recently, a significant development occurred in the saga when it was alleged that Kelsey Harris, a former friend of Megan, was present on the night of the shooting.

On May 14, Lanez’s legal team revealed that Harris' bodyguard had testified that it was she who shot Megan.

The attorneys also launched a website that contains audio and video of the night of the incident, along with an extensive document explaining how the footage corroborates their account.

Tory Lanez has reportedly been transferred to California Men's Colony (CMC), which is located a short distance away from where he was brutally stabbed.
