The Devin actress, Crystal McKinney, who had previously accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault, has now filed a suit against another controversial figure Harvey Weinstein, with the same claim.
The complaint, filed on May 30 dates an incident from 2003, in which the model and her friend were tricked into meeting with the Untouchable actor, and later “raped.”
As per the complaint obtained by People, the model alleges that she bought her friend with her to meet the disgraced film producer in hopes that she might also get casted as an actress in an upcoming project.
However, Harvey reportedly took them the lounge of the hotel to his room, where he proceeded to order several bottles of alcohol, and repeatedly offered the two to have them.
This resulted in the girls’ being “intoxicated” which was taken advantage of by Harvey, who at one point followed Crystal into a bathroom.
The Pup Fiction co-executive producer had “barged” into the room after the model’s friend had also gone after her, and “demanded the women strip and take a bath with him.”
Later, Harvey dragged the women out of the bathroom to the bed and assaulted them, before he “abruptly left the hotel room.”
It is important to note that Crystal’s complaint against the 73-year-old is unrelated to the one she filed against Diddy in 2024.
