Days later, a throwback photo has brought Kim Kardashian's alleged surgeries into the public eye.

The 44-year-old, recently shared a photo of herself on Instagram when she was about 13 years old, holding a nail brush and grinning.

The media personality caption for the picture reads '1993', then a camera emoji, and finally 'Linds,' which is probably a reference to her childhood friend Lindsay May, who died of cancer in early 2025.

While many praised her natural beauty from an early age, others quickly drew attention to how drastically her face has changed, particularly in light of rumours that she has had numerous facial procedures done, which plastic surgeons have also suggested.

"Wow..." One Instagram user wrote, "I never realised how much work you've had done," in response to the photo. "Wow, but gorgeous in any case!"

Another person commented, "More evidence that you're naturally beautiful."
