Katy Perry will not be invited to Las Vegas residency after causing massive loss

Katy Perry is one of the most successful pop stars of the 2010s but the singer is trying hard to stay relevant in the 2020s as she faces failure one after the other.

Katy, who is currently on her Lifetimes world tour right now, has been hit with another set back as she faces criticism for her tour shows and the infamous space trip.

The singer did a residency PLAY at Las Vegas Resorts World from late 2021 to 2023, however she will not be going back for another one.

An insider told NewsNation’s Paula Froelich that the pop singers residency caused more loss than profit and described it as a “complete failure’ for the hotel.

The hotel bid for Katy’s appearance that costed them $750,000to $900,000 per show which did not translate into ticket sales.

The hotel lost money on the gig which has brought them to the decision that the Roar singer will not be coming back.
