Tina Fey is getting candid about achieving fame in the later stages of her life, describing it as a blessing.

According to HELLO! Magazine, the 55-year-old actress stated, "The beauty of impostor syndrome is that you vacillate between extreme egomania and a complete feeling of, ‘I’m a fraud! Oh God, they’re on to me!’"

The Four Seasons star also told the source that becoming famous later in life helped her in handling pressure and protecting her privacy.

"People do treat you differently, so it’s nice to come into it a little bit older, because you know not to believe it 100 per cent,” the producer continued.

Moreover, the American actress mentioned that with age, she learned to brush off flattering comments, as she doesn't let those overly positive compliments influence her as much.

Furthermore, Fey also shared relationship advice, couples should have friends out of their immediate family to have a balanced and fulfilling life.

Fey shares two adorable daughters, 13-year-old Penelope and 19-year-old Alice, with her beau Jeff Richmond.

When did Tina Fey get married?

On June 3, 2001, Tina Fey and Jeff Richmond exchanged vows in a Greek Orthodox ceremony, after being in a relationship for seven years. The pair first met at the improvisational comedy group The Second City.
