Blake Lively receives strong response from Robyn after Time100 speech

Blake Lively, who is suing director Justin Baldoni, delivered a speech at Time100 which alluded to her ongoing legal battle and her mother’s struggle on April 24.

Weeks after the 37-year-old actress mentioned her mother in the address, her sister Robyn Lively sent a strong message for her.

The 53-year-old actress revealed that she feels very “proud” of her younger sister and the speech that she delivered at TIME100 Gala.

While talking to PEOPLE, Robyn appreciated the Gossip Girl for navigating such a “tough thing”

The Karate Kid actress and her husband Bart Johnson made sure that the Green Lantern actress knows they are “super proud,” however, noting that it is an “understatement.”

Blake, who was named in 100 most influential people this year, highlighted the “feeling of being a woman” instead of mentioning “the last two years.”

This came after the Savages star filed a sexual harassment case against her co-star Justin after feeling uncomfortable on the set of It Ends With Us.

The 41-year-old filmmaker denied the allegations and fired back with a $400 million lawsuit against Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds. He accused the couple of defamation and extortion.

Recently, the claims were questioned by the actress’ legal team, demanding that he and co-plaintiffs should hand over financial records as evidence.

However, the request was allegedly turned down by Justin’s counsel.
