Taylor Swift hits back at subpoena in Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni case

Taylor Swift, accused of being Blake Lively’s “dragon,” has been subpoenaed in the ongoing legal battle between her friend and Justin Baldoni.

The 35-year-old singer’s legal team released a firm statement about the order, denying the allegations of her involvement in the case and calling it an attempt to create a “tabloid clickbait.”

According to Taylor’s rep, the Bad Blood songstress “never set foot on the set of this movie.”

They highlighted that “she was not involved in any casting or creative decisions, she did not score the film.” It was revealed that the 14-time Grammy winner did not see “It Ends With Us until weeks after its public release.”

The reference slammed filmmaker’s claims that he made in his $400 million lawsuit, accusing the Love Story crooner, Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds of interfering in the script of the romantic film to make significant changes.

It was reported that the pop sensation was “traveling around the globe during 2023 and 2024 headlining the biggest tour in history,” pointing towards the Eras Tour.

However, the Shake It Off hitmaker’s crew disclosed a connection to the motion picture which was the permission of the use of song “My Tears Ricochet.”

Previously, Justin Baldoni’s attorney announced that Taylor might be called for a deposition as any person “that reasonably has information can provide evidence in this case is going to be deposed.”

This comes after the Gossip Girl alum filed a sexual harassment case against her co-star and director Justin. The two shared screen in the movie adaptation of Colleen Hover’s best-selling novel.

The 41-year-old denied the accusations and responded with a defamation lawsuit against the Reynolds couple, also naming Taylor Swift.
