Blake Lively and Taylor Swift have reportedly made amends ahead of the bombshell lawsuit hearing next year.
The Is It Over Now? singer was upset with the It Ends With Us actress after being dragged into the case by Justin Baldoni.
The 41-year-old released a text exchange between Swift and Lively to support his argument that the pop singer was involved in the alteration of the rooftop scene after which the Karma singer “was really hurt," sources told People.
In the alleged thread, the Green Lantern actress had called the How Did It End? crooner one of her “dragons” while comparing herself to Khaleesi from the Game Of Thrones.
The insider also dished, “Taylor was really hurt by this situation, so she’s relieved they were able to recover from this and put it all behind them because it wasn’t something she took lightly.”
Lively, 37, and Swift, 35, have been friends for a decade so the Gossip Girl alum “knew” that their “friendship wasn’t done for good.”
Swift has yet to address her involvement in the messy litigation, but reports claim she might have to show up in court alongside Hugh Jackman, after being served with subpoenas.
The Bad Blood singer was also accused of pressuring Baldoni to accept Lively’s rewrites of Christy Hall's adaptation of It Ends With Us, during a meeting at the IF co-stars’ (Lively and Reynolds) penthouse.
The rooftop scene is a segment form the It Ends With Us movie that is vastly different from the Colleen Hoover book.
The script for the scene was originally written by Christy Hall but later altered by Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. The Another Simple Favor actress had told E! News, “The iconic rooftop scene, my husband actually wrote it. Nobody knows that, but you now,” at the movie’s premiere in New York.
