Rihanna arrived at the Met Gala 2025 red carpet on May 5 with her newest baby bump on full display, announcing her third pregnancy with partner A$AP Rocky, real name Rakim Mayers, who co-chaired fashion’s biggest night.

The couple already share two kids, RZA and Riot.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky met for the first time at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards. While nothing much came of that meeting, Rocky did have a cheeky grab at Rihanna’s backside at the time.

A year later, Rihanna and Rocky seemed to have become fast friends, with Rocky joining her Diamond tour in 2013, and Rihanna starring in his music video for Fashion Killa the same year.

The musicians were first spotted out in November 2020 with a group of friends, with People confirming that they were ‘officially dating’ just a few days later.

Months into their relationship going public, Rocky finally opened up about his romance with Rihanna, telling GQ that she’s the ‘the love of my life” and referring to her as his ‘lady’.

“It’s so much better when you got the One. She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones. I think when you know, you know. She’s the One,” Rocky gushed about his ladylove.

June-Sept 2021: Rocky sweeps Rihanna off her feet

The two were spotted out and about much more by now, with several PDA-filled moments captured on cam for their fans, including Rocky literally sweeping Rih off her feet and carrying her in his arms one night.

They were then spotted on several date nights before making their red carpet debut at the 2021 Met Gala in September 2021.
