On the day of her 14th wedding anniversary with Prince William, the Princess of Wales stepped out in Scotland with what many believe is a lighter hair colour, sparking an online frenzy over her updated style.
Kate, 42, arrived on the Isle of Mull looking effortlessly chic in a tweed blazer, blue shirt, and matching boots but it was her sun-kissed hair that really stole the spotlight.
Fans quickly took to social media to weigh in on the possible hair transformation.
"Princess Catherine has dyed her hair," one fan declared on X. "Love the colour!" said another.

The royal couple, known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay while in Scotland, are spending two days on the Isle of Mull, the place where their love story began as university students.
Their visit includes stops at Aros Hall, local markets, and even a farm-to-table croft and restaurant.
As part of their trip, the Royal Foundation announced new funding for two community halls on the island. A fitting way to mark both their anniversary and continued dedication to public service.
When did William and Kate tie the knot?
The pair married on April 29, 2011, in a breathtaking ceremony at Westminster Abbey attended by royals, celebrities, and world leaders.
Kate stunned in a Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen gown, and William stood at the altar in full military dress, flanked by his brother, Prince Harry, as best man.
The couple is now parents to son, Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, nine, and Prince Louis, six.
