Anne Hathaway’s youthful glow sparks surgery rumours at Ralph Lauren runway show

Anne Hathaway's noticeably smoother complexion compared to six months ago has sparked speculation that she may have undergone cosmetic enhancements.

At Ralph Lauren’s fall 2025 runway presentation on Thursday, held at the Jack Shainman Gallery in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighbourhood.

The 42-year-old Oscar winner showcased her refreshed, youthful appearance from the front row.

In order to apply her false lashes and completely contour her tense face, Anne hired makeup artist Kristopher Buckle whose other famous clients include Lindsay Lohan.

The Idea of You star wore cream-colored jeans fully embroidered with sequins and deliberately distressed at the thighs, knees, and shins, paired with a sleek, ultra-tight high ponytail reminiscent of Ariana Grande's signature style.

One user on X, formerly Twitter, remarked, "If she's had work done, it's very very good. However, we must not undervalue the impact of the sleek back ponytail face lift."

Another user said, "Everyone in Hollywood is Benjamin Button-ing. Annie is expected to give birth in 2045."
