Hailey Bieber reveals mood board magic behind her iconic style

Hailey Bieber has lifted the lid on her ultra-stylish world, and it all starts with a scroll.

The 29-year-old model, who is married to global pop superstar Justin Bieber, has revealed she’s a self-confessed “constant mood boarder".

She admitted that she spends hours hunting for inspiration online. 

Speaking candidly, Hailey said she’s “on Pinterest all the time”, building visual ideas before teaming up with her stylist to bring her signature looks to life.

And her fashion formula was that she think effortless ‘90s chic. 

She says the decade “has always spoken” to her, thanks to its laid-back vibe. 

From there, it’s all about mixing, matching and trusting the mood board magic. 

Her current obsession is vintage kitten heels, especially low-heeled Manolos, which she pairs with jeans for that perfect off-duty finish.

But it’s not just fashion where Hailey is making serious moves.

The beauty mogul stunned the industry in 2025 when she sold her brand Rhode to e.l.f. Beauty in a deal worth up to $1 billion. 

Despite the massive sale, the mum of one isn’t stepping away as she’s staying on as chief creative officer, determined to keep her vision alive while expanding globally.

And the numbers speak for themselves. 

Tarang Amin, CEO of e.l.f. Beauty, admitted he was “blown away” by Rhode’s rapid rise, revealing the brand hit $212 million in net sales in under three years, with just ten products.
