Pop star Katy Perry is on her path to make history with billionaire Jeff Bezos’ fiancée Lauren Sanchez and 4 other women.
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’ company Blue Horizon is launching an all-women crew to space making it the first ever in history.
The American pop icon Katy Perry shared her strategy to prepare for the historic moment, that launches on Monday. The singer has been giving herself pep-talks to get ready psychologically.
The Roar singer has been telling herself that she will inspire others and channeling her “feminine divine” ahead of the big day along with reading on works of astrophysicists.
Perry left for training in Texas and ahead of her departure she spoke to Associated Press at her California rehearsal saying she is talking to herself and reassuring by giving herself motivational talks.
"You’re brave, you’re bold, you are doing this for the next generation to inspire so many different people but especially young girls to go, 'I’ll go to space in the future.' No limitations."'
Katy Perry will be on the flight with all-women crew that will take-off on April 14 from West Texas and will go 65 miles above the earth’s surface. The entire trip will last around 11 minutes.
