Rapper Kanye West has accused pop star Taylor Swift of being the obstruction between him and a major musical feat.
The rapper has been taking jabs at multiple celebrities, including his former wife Kim Kardashian and her family, on X as he deals with the fallout of his marriage with Bianca Censori.
In a since deleted post on the social media platform, the rapper said his feud with Taylor Swift has prevented him from securing a Super Bowl halftime show gig.
“I never was allowed to do the Super Bowl because of three moments. George Bush don’t care about black people. The Taylor Swift movement moment. Wearing a MAGA hat”, the rapper wrote on X.
The two musicians have been involved in an infamous feud since West interrupted Swift’s acceptance speech at the 2009 VMAs when she won the Best Female Video award for her song You Belong With Me.
West claims that he got blocked from the main stage because he was ahead of his time.
The Super Bowl halftime show has featured some of the biggest musicians in history including Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Usher and recently Kendrick Lamar.
