Disgraced rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested in September 2024 following charges of sexual assault, violence, human trafficking and racketeering.

The rapper is waiting for his trial as he prepares with his legal team. Meanwhile, it has been announced that is “Victim-1” will be testifying against him under her real name, according to a court motion filed by acting US attorney Matthew Poldolsky.

The previously anonymous “Victim-1” is the rapper’s former girlfriend Cassie Ventura who will appear in court on May 5.

Ventura is the central figure in the case as prosecutors allege that Combs led a “criminal enterprise” and his former partner was a prime target of it subjected to violence, threats and manipulation.

Unlike Ventura, who has been identified with her real name, other victims will remain anonymous and testify as Victim-2, Victim-3 and Victim-4.

The alleged victim first filed a lawsuit against Diddy in September 2023 accusing him of rape and longtime abuse. The case was settles within a day but sparked a string of cases that followed suit and since 60 lawsuits have been filed.
