Turns out it was not just Drizzy who was upset after Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl performance.

The multi-Grammy winner performed during the halftime of Super Bowl 59 between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs on February 9th.

Lamar’s 13-minute performance featured cameos from Samuel L. Jackson, SZA and Serena Williams.

The rapper sang a slew of his famous songs including Luther, All the Stars and most notably, the Drake diss track Not Like Us.

While performing Not Like Us, Lamar looked dead into the camera and rapped, "Say Drake, I hear you like 'em young." He also called Drake a “certified pedophile” but the word was censored.

One and a half months later, it is revealed that the performance is the subject of hundreds of complaints.

According to TMZ, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received 125 complaints against Lamar's show, 10 of which were in Drake’s defence.

The petitions argued that the 37-year-old used the platform to defame Drake while some also claimed that Williams’ Crip Walk promoted gang violence.

Despite the apparent controversies, the show drew historic numbers with over 133 million viewers tuning in to watch Lamar’s performance.

Lamar has not responded to the complaints at the time of writing.
