Comedian Joe Gatto faces harassment allegations

Comedian Joe Gatto, known for the hit comedy show Impractical Jokers, has been accused of sexual assault.

A woman with the TikTok username ‘joozyb’ recently posted a series of videos to make the allegations.

The videos contained alleged evidence with pictures of her injuries and screenshots of conversations between the woman and the 48-year-old comedian.

In her first video, Joozyb included photos of a meet and greet with Gatto followed by a screenshot of supposed DMs between the two. The TikTok was captioned, “This is only the first part - seemed so innocent lmao.”

In the alleged conversation, Joozyb thanked Gatto for meeting her and her friends earlier in the day. The accuser also told him that she would try to buy tickets to his show later in the evening.

Gatto supposedly encouraged her to come to his comedy gig and also said he would leave backstage passes for Joozyb at the box office counter so she would be able to meet him after the show.

In another video, Joozyb explained that she first met Gatto when she was out with her friends and family for brunch in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The woman went on to claim that after attending his show, Gatto asked her to come to where he was staying. Joozyb said that she does not have screenshots of that conversation because Gatto had Instagram’s “vanish mode” turned on.

Joozyb also stated that she was drunk when she went to the hotel. However, the accuser did not detail what transpired afterwards because she does not “wanna go into the details about anything.”

Towards the end of the clip, Joozyb clarified that the alleged assault took place “right after” she turned 19 and Gatto got back together with his wife. She ended the video by calling her entire experience “creepy.”

Gatto has not publicly responded to the allegations at the time of writing.
