Offset and Lil Tjay are escalating their feud with each rapper refusing to back down.
The rivalry began in January after 23-year-old Tjay accused the 33-year-old of having a gambling addiction and claimed that Offset was “broke” and under significant debt.
“I’ll tell y’all a true story … I seen the n***a in the casino. He was popped, he was panicking,” Tjay said.
The Zoo York rapper alleged that Offset was asking for financial assistance from people at the casino and that he lent him $5,000.
Tjay also said that Offset owes him $10,000 and even revealed screenshots of their alleged conversation where he threatened Offset if he did not pay back the money.
This week, Tjay added fuel to the fire by showcasing his wealth on Instagram. He posted pictures of his luxury clothing, bags and jewellery and claimed in the caption that he will “never be broke.”
In response, Offset took to X, formerly Twitter, and challenged Tjay to a fight on live stream. “Meet me [in New York] and give me a one on live,” Offset added.
Offset is also in the middle of a complicated situation with his wife, Cardi B.
Last year, Cardi B filed for divorce and the couple has been smearing each other on social media.
Since then, however, they have also been spotted together partying at a Miami nightclub. The couple have also been working together with Offset directing Cardi B’s music video.
