Matthew Perry’s live-in personal assistant pleaded guilty for injecting him with doses of Ketamine without medical supervision almost a year after the actor’s death.

Perry’s sudden death sent shockwaves across the globe with his untimely demise after which his Friends castmates began claiming he was on a journey of recovery and sobriety.

Claims of sobriety therefore really did not align with his autopsy reports, which declare acute effects of Ketamine as the main reason of his death.

However, his live-in assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, clarified that he is responsible about giving the late actor doses of Ketamine and he was reportedly one of the five defendants charged with offenses related to Perry’s death.

On August 15, the Department of Justice had announced that Iwasama had pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute Ketamine and one count for creating drug-involved surroundings.

Another defendant in the case happened to be Dr. Salvador Plascencia, who was faced with one count of conspiracy to distribute Ketamine.

Dr. Mark Chave also has proven guilty in distributing Ketamine.

As per reports, Perry’s death was alleged murder and 5 people including 2 doctors have been charged in the killing.

The defendants who were involved in the murder will have to face up to 15 to 25 years in prison
