Claire Holt and Andrew Joblon welcome their third child, son Ford

Claire Holt and Andrew Joblon are now a family of five after the arrival of their third baby.

The actress revealed the birth of the couple's second son through an Instagram post on Friday, November 10.

Holt, 35, shared a heartwarming picture on her Instagram feed that featured her newborn baby resting on her chest while 40-year-old Andrew leaned over them.

She captioned the sweet photo as, “[white heart] Ford Joblon [white heart]”

The Vampire Diaries alum announced her new born’s gender back in June, sharing with her Instagram followers that they are having a “boyyyy.”

The actress also showed off her baby bump at the Cannes Film Festival in a gray, halter-neck Lanvin gown.

The Originals alum and Joblon tied the knot in August 2018, and welcomed their first born son James the following year.

The next year in 2020, the couple was blessed with another bundle of joy, daughter Ella in March.

Though the family is currently happy and content, the couple also suffered a significant loss; before becoming a mother, Holt had a first trimester miscarriage.

She was left “on edge” concerning the future pregnancies, the actress shared candidly in an Instagram post.

In February of the following year, the Australian born actress told Us Weekly that she “wouldn’t change” the loss because of the effect it had on her marriage.

“It brought us so much closer together,” she explained in the 2019 interview. “It really strengthened our relationship.”

The Turnbridge Equities founder and Holt began dating in 2017; the couple got engaged the same year.
