With King Charles III's Coronation ceremony in full swing, royal watchers could not helped but wonder what the day would have looked like if Princess Diana were still alive.
For the unversed, the late princess was King Charles III's first wife before she divorced in August of 1996 and tragically died in a car accident the following year.
However, despite 25 years of her death, the public continues to be enamoured by her charm as she was known as the People's Princess, a royal that was willing to break royal protocol for the betterment of her people.
Some notable moments were when she held babies affected by AIDS and danced with John Travolta.
As the world now accepts Camilla as the new Queen Consort, royal watchers have been thinking out loud over what could have been if the Princess were still alive and married to King Charles.
"Throughout the king’s coronation my mom kept referring camilla as 'that bi**h" and saying 'princess diana should be sitting there' lmaoo," one user commented.
"I can only think about Princess Diana and how this evil family treated her!" another user said.
"It should have been Princess Diana sitting up there," another pointed out.
"Who would have thought that the famous Mistress will the Future queen. Of England not The late Princess Diana ?!!? So sad but reality bites," another user pointed out.
