Former professional kickboxer, Andrew Tate sent a message of support to Jake Paul following his loss from Tommy Fury in a boxing face-off, over the weekend.
Jake received his very first defeat in his boxing career, falling to his British rival, Fury, by split-decision.
Despite the massive loss, a fair outpouring of heartfelt messages were being sent his way via Twitter.
Now the controversial internet personality weighed in on the results of Fury's win to Jake with some comments.
Tate wrote, "Always winning isn’t the point of God’s battles. The point of God’s battles is so you can show him the strength of your heart when you lose."
He wrapped the statement by tagging Jake's Twitter profile, showing that the cryptic note was for the influencer.
The controversial influencer and former kickboxer Andrew was in talks to fight Jake.
Fans were eagerly waiting to see both fighting until the former boxer hinted that the fight is unlikely to happen.
In a livestream with twitch streamer Adin Ross, Tate said, "I don’t think me and Jake Paul are going to fight. There’s a lot of negotiations behind the scenes. It’s not a simple process."
The rivalry between Tate and the Paul bothers is not new. The Top G stated he likes Jake now that he is a boxer and hates his elder brother, Logan Paul.
"Between you and I, I actually quite like Jake. It’s Logan who’s full of shit,'' he adds.
