Alicia Keys has joined the likes of Justin Bieber and is set to perform at rapper Takeoff’s memorial on Friday at 12 p.m.
TMZ was the first to break the story and revealed that the event will be dubbed Takeoff’s “Celebration of Life,” after the rapper was shot and killed at a bowling alley last week. He was 28.
The service will be held at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena, which has a capacity of 20,000 guests.
Bieber was the first artist to be announced who will be performing at the memorial.
Other details regarding the funeral are being kept under wraps.
Moreover, the attendees of the funeral are reported to be not allowed to carry phones inside the venue.
