Marine el Himer, a French model, has declared her acceptance of Islam.

"These moments mark the happiest day of my life," she said on social media.

Millions of people follow Himer on social media, and she just released a video of herself reciting the Shahada—the Islamic faith's declaration—in public.

While on a trip to the holy city of Makkah to fulfil the Umrah pilgrimage, she recorded her video.

She acknowledged that she converted to Islam a few months prior and claimed that it was a decision made with her soul, heart, and reason.

The reality TV personality added that after converting to Islam, she has been reevaluating her decisions in both her professional and personal lives.
