Olivia Rodrigo breaks the stage with Billy Joel, calls him 'best songwriter'

Pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo surprises fans to her mesmerizing vocals at Billy Joel’s Madison Square Garden concert on Wednesday evening.

She took New York City with a bang as she performed her biggest smash hit Déjà vu and a duet of Uptown Girl in a surprise appearance. 

Turning to the photo-sharing app, Rodrigo dropped some scenic shots from the glitzy night giving insights into the dynamism she shares with Joel and captioned, "Literally because you played her uptown girl… such an honor to perform with one of the best songwriters alive last night. Billy Joel 4 life!!!!"

Dressed in a black top with brown and yellow patterned skirt the Drivers License hit-maker looked gorgeous than ever as crowds cheered in for her.

The pair together then delivered that 1983 Joel song together which appeared on his 9th studio album titled An Innocent Man and later exchanged a warm hug on sets.
