A sexual assault case against rockstar Marilyn Manson has been dismissed.

A Los Angeles judge decided to rule that Manson's accuser name Jane Doe, filed claims in her suit that are "not sufficient to invoke the delayed discovery rule" to get around the lapsed statute of limitations period, according to PEOPLE.

Doe accused Manson of rape and claimed that he sexually abused her multiple times during their relationship in 2011.

The case was not filed until this February when many other women shared similar stories about Mnason and detailed their physical abuse.
