Zac Efron's latest social media update has made fans believe that the actor has undergone the knife.

Taking to his Instagram on Tuesday, the 33-year-old star posted a photo of himself in a greenhouse, taking care of the young plants.

"Learning ways to restore the Earth’s soil," he captioned the picture with an Earth emoticon.

Zac could be seen flaunting his new chiseled jaws in the photos he took in Australia.

The photos have come after the actor left fans shocked with a seemingly visible difference in his face structure last month. Many speculated that the Baywatch star has gone under plastic surgery.

On the work front, the actor has been busy filming the second season of his Netflix show 'Down To Earth With Zac Efron', which is set to premiere in 2022.
