Jennifer Garner recalls times paps put her family in danger

Jennifer Garner admits there have been times paparazzi put her and Ben Affleck’s kids in dangerous situation.

The 13 Going on 30 actress makes this shocking revelation during her recent appearance on Shut Up Evan podcast.

The Alias actress opens up that if she “goes through a yellow light, 15 cars would go through the red behind me”.

Garner notes that paps would go to any lengths – either they drive up onto people’s lawns, or on a hillside – just to click a few photographs.

“We were trying to have our little one play soccer, and the association asked us to stop because there were 20 cars coming. So, it wasn’t just about us. It was just an industry that had gotten out of control,” explains the 54-year-old.

Recalling her confrontation with paps, Garner argues that when “a celebrity mother is trying to get to the pediatrician for her sick kid, but scared to get through the door because of the photographers, there’s something wrong with that, and the kids are paying the price”.

The Elektra actress further says that she “saw kids getting knocked over coming out of preschool by photographers who were so hungry to get” at her or ex-husband Affleck's kids.

Elsewhere in the interview, the actress shares that she “was previously followed by someone who she thought was going to hurt her.

“There’s kind of a Stockholm syndrome thing and at the same time, I’ve called the cops on him a million times and been like, ‘Can you please just give me a walk around the block with my kids and my dog?’” she adds.
