Daveigh Chase, who is known for her voicing Lilo in Lilo & Stitch, died after battling AIDS and chronic drug addiction.

The 35-year-old made the headlines after suddenly passing away, bringing attention to her estate which she left behind without any will.

The Hollywood star’s networth was valued at $400K “in personal property and no real property.”

It was reported that her mother Cathy Chase has come forward with a petition to the court “to be appointed administrator of the estate.”

According to the petition, her mother demanded she should be the authoriser to administer the estate in accordance with California’s Independent Administration of Estates Act.

Cathy is asking that the court should approve a $400,000 bond.

On August 12, a probate hearing would take place in LA County Superior Court after the filing,

It was noted in the documents that the actress was not living in the house when she passed away, making Chatsworth, California her residence on record.

Was Daveigh Chase homeless?

Daveigh tragically passed away after she lost her battle to AIDS and addiction. She was also homeless while living on LA’s Skid Row.

Her friend Shawn Rosenthal expressed grief after learning about her death, noting: “It’s such a tragedy.”
