Justin Baldoni demands justice after Blake Lively for 'improper' charges

Justin Baldoni slammed Blake Lively for her recent request in the legal drama after settlement was reached between the two.

After the 42-year-old and his wife shared a video message, the drama heated up again as the Hollywood actress demanded more than “$8 million” following defamation case dismissal.

His legal team argued in the court documents that the Gossip Girl alum’s “fee request is so over-inclusive that it sweeps in fees for researching her own liability for prejury arising from her California CRD claim and her Rule 11 motion for which the Court has already denied fees!”

The Jane the Virgin actor’s attorney insisted that the “amount should be slashed from more than $8 million to a six-figure sum.”

The actor slammed the request, pointing out that the demand is “bloated and unsupported.”

This came after the It Ends With Us filmmaker and his wife sat down to reveal what they have been through and how they are doing after the case was settled outside the court in May 2026.

Justin shared that he endured a “traumatic situation” while Emily noted that it was difficult for them as the actress labelled her claims as “fight for woman.”
