Timothee Chalamet made a comeback with a new project after he failed to get his first Oscars with Marty Supreme’s role.

The 30-year-old and the 33-year-old singer voiced the characters in the animation Not Alone, bringing rom-com vibes with the project.

However, the first look of the movie did not sit well with the fans as they expressed their disappointment on social media.

Although Timothee and Selena were appreciated for their pairing, a bizarre addition to the movie is being questioned by many.

A netizen noted: “Looks good until those aliens appear,” another user shared on X: “Timothee and Selena are cool, but this trailer didn’t exactly convince me.”

While the Wonka star was applauded for being in something original, the People You Know singer’s fans gushed about her voice: “She sounds normal we cheered.”

An admirer expressed their excitement: “Voiceacrtesslena is back,” as she last contributed her voice to the famous Hotel Transylvania as Mavis.

This came after the actor was spotted at the NBA finals playoffs, celebrating the Knicks' win alongwith friends, players, girlfriend Kylie Jenner and fans.

What did Timothee Chalamet say about Oscars loss?

He was so hyped up for the victory that he even compared it to him not winning the Oscars this year. The Hollywood star embroiled in several controversies after he shared his opinions on ballet and opera.
