Megan Thee Stallion is facing legal action in Los Angeles after a stylist and his company filed a lawsuit alleging more than $1.2 million in unpaid wardrobe services.
According to court documents, stylist Eric Archibald and his firm Six K claim they provided professional styling services for the Grammy-winning rapper between January 2024 and August 2025.
The filing alleges that despite repeated invoicing for events and appearances, including a reported $53,800 charge for a July 2025 foundation gala, payment was never received.
The plaintiffs argue that they submitted multiple invoices and deal memos tied to Megan’s team and assert that their attempts to resolve the matter outside of court were unsuccessful.
As per People, they further claim the alleged nonpayment has caused financial and professional harm to their business operations and associated vendors.
The lawsuit seeks recovery of the full outstanding amount, which is listed at approximately $1,243,501.98, along with additional damages as determined by the court.
Megan Thee Stallion, however, has strongly rejected the allegations. In a statement, her representatives said her financial team conducted an audit of the charges and identified what they describe as “fraudulent invoices,” unsupported expenses, and questionable billing practices.
Moreover, the rapper maintains that these findings were communicated to the stylist’s team prior to the filing of the lawsuit.
She has also stated that she will not be pressured into paying charges that she believes cannot be verified, and intends to contest the claims in court.
Furthermore, the case adds to a growing list of legal disputes involving artists and behind-the-scenes service providers in the entertainment industry, where billing disagreements and contract disputes frequently escalate into litigation.
