Coco Austin is embracing a bittersweet parenting moment as her daughter, Chanel, marks the end of another school year.
The 47-year-old television personality recently took to Instagram to celebrate her 10-year-old daughter’s graduation from fourth grade.
Alongside a school photo of Chanel, whom she shares with husband Ice-T, Austin jokingly suggested creating a support group for mothers who are struggling to process how quickly their children are growing up.
“To all the moms who blinked and suddenly their little baby is graduating another grade, I’m right there with you,” Austin wrote.
According to People, she humorously proposed gathering fellow parents to “cry it out” over coffee, tea or even tequila as they navigate the emotions of watching their children grow older.
Austin and Chanel have long shared a close bond, frequently documenting their mother-daughter adventures on social media.
Earlier this year, the pair enjoyed a family getaway to the Bahamas, where they continued their tradition of wearing matching outfits.
Moreover, Austin revealed that the custom began when Chanel was just six months old and remains one of their favorite ways to celebrate their connection.
The proud mother has often spoken about her devotion to Chanel, who was born in 2015.
As per the outlet, their relationship was also highlighted last year when Chanel shared an emotional tribute thanking her mother for her love, support and constant presence in her life.
Furthermore, Austin responded with a heartfelt message, calling herself fortunate to have been chosen as Chanel’s mother.
