Jennifer Aniston opens up about ex-Brad Pitt 'Friends' cameo

Jennifer Aniston reflected on Brad Pitt’s fan favorite Friends cameo while revisiting memorable moments from the hit show.

During a conversation with longtime friend and co-star Lisa Kudrow for Variety’s Actors on Actors series, the actress reflected on some of the sitcom’s most memorable guest stars.

“Did you like the Thanksgiving episodes?” she asked. “Those were fun.”

“Yes. Those were great, the Thanksgiving episodes,” the Phoebe Buffay star agreed, noting, “When Brad was on, that was hilarious.”

For the unversed, Pitt appeared in the show’s eighth season Thanksgiving episode as Will Colbert, a former school friend of Monica and Ross who held a grudge against Rachel.

Looking back on the celebrity cameos featured throughout the series, Aniston said, “We had so many - Sean Penn. They were always nervous. Remember? I always found it fascinating how nervous they were.”

The actress was referring to a long list of high profile guests, including Pitt, Julia Roberts, Bruce Willis and Isabella Rossellini.

At the time of Pitt’s appearance, he was married to Aniston. The pair wed in 2000 before ending their marriage in 2005.
