Britney Spears remains at the center of public scrutiny months after her highly publicized DUI arrest in California, with new attention now turning toward her former bodyguard, Thomas Bunbury.

The singer was arrested in Ventura County in March after multiple drivers reportedly contacted emergency services over concerns about erratic driving.

According to police reports and released footage, Spears allegedly swerved between lanes, braked unpredictably, and appeared visibly distressed during the stop.

Officers later claimed they found an empty wine glass and unprescribed medication inside her vehicle, as per Daily Mail.

Moreover, Spears eventually pleaded guilty to a reduced reckless driving charge involving alcohol and drugs, avoiding jail time while receiving probation and mandatory counseling.

Reports later confirmed that the singer voluntarily entered a rehabilitation facility following the incident.

Amid the fallout, renewed interest has emerged around Spears’ former bodyguard Thomas Bunbury, who was previously accused by the singer of accessing her private iCloud account after his dismissal in 2025.

As per the outlet, legal representatives for Spears reportedly issued a cease-and-desist letter demanding Bunbury stop accessing any personal information connected to the star.
