Sam Levinson has sent Euphoria fans into meltdown after warning they’ll need to watch the final two episodes of season three “the moment they drop”, or risk having the jaw-dropping twists ruined online.

The 41-year-old creator teased “big things” are coming in episodes seven and eight of the hit HBO drama, which is believed to be the show’s final season.

Speaking at a screening in Los Angeles, Levinson hinted the finale will leave viewers stunned.

He said, “If you’re not watching episodes seven and eight live — the moment they drop — they will get spoiled. There’s some big things that happen.”

And despite the latest series dividing fans and critics, The Idol star insisted he believes it’s the strongest season yet.

The writer and director said, “Knowing where it goes in seven and eight, I think this is hands down our best season.

Episode eight reaches a level of poignancy that I could only dream of when I first started working on this show.”

Season three jumps forward five years and sees the return of stars Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney and Jacob Elordi.

Levinson also praised legendary composer Hans Zimmer for creating the soundtrack, calling his work “astounding” after producing more than four hours of music for the series.

Meanwhile, the showrunner defended the controversial explicit scenes involving Sydney’s character Cassie Howard, revealing he deliberately pushes the actress on set.

“What’s interesting is if you push it a little bit, she becomes brilliant,” he said.

“She can reach these levels that are very honest emotionally, but also deeply funny.”

With explosive twists now teased, fans are already bracing for a finale packed with chaos, heartbreak and shock exits.
