Steven Spielberg has revealed his pick for the one person he would send forth for the introduction of humanity to aliens.
The Disclosure Day director has previously stated that he believes in aliens and has explored the topic in a number of his films such as E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.
In his chat on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the influential filmmaker was asked by the host if he is aware if the former President of the United States, Barack Obama also saying that he believed in alien existence.
Colbert added that when asked who should represent us, the politician offered himself, and enquired from Spielberg who he thinks it should be.
“You know, I think I should represent, I mean, my whole thing is it should be me! I love Barack, I love Barack, we are friends, I love him, I love his family but he’s had his eight years you know?” the three-time Academy Award winner answered.
Spielberg then recalled his history of creating films about the unknown and extraterrestrials, explaining that he had played somewhat of an ambassadorial role via his art already.
Notably, he also called the fact that he has witnessed no sightings of them in his life unfair.
