Billy Ray Cyrus has shared a rare clip of himself singing to social media, and has dedicated the track to some special people in his life.
The father-of-six took to his Instagram to celebrate his ex-wife Tish Cyrus on her 59th birthday, while being involved in a high profile romance with Elizabeth Hurley.
In the caption, the Old Town Road singer showed off himself singing his 2007 hit Ready, Set, Don’t Go acoustically, and dedicated the performance to “Hannah Montana Nation and all our friends at Disney.”
Billy added “Two of the greatest mothers EVER were born on this day and tomorrow, my mother Ruthie on May 14th … and the mother driving Miley down that driveway as I wrote the song ‘Ready Set Don’t Go.’ Happy Birthday Tish.”
The Hannah Montana actor wished Miley Cyrus’ mother peace, love and happiness forever, also quoting his a particular lyric about the stars in her eyes.
Billy and Tish divorced in 2022, after almost thirty years of marriage and the former is now dating Elizabeth, and the duo have repeatedly gushed over each other as well as the former couple getting over the public drama that surrounded their relationship and family.
